00:29 – Add the semolina and mix well until thickened, then cool

01:59 – Whisk eggs into the cooled milk mixture
01:18 – Pour into greased pie dish
01:22 – Drizzle with egg baste
01:28 – Bake for 20-30 mins, cool before serving
