First time trying Kobee Factory, definitely not the last! Plenty of food and extremely flavorful.

  1. Kobee Factory’s great! If you’re feeling more adventurous next time, try their msaren (stuffed lamb intestines). I need to try their mjadara, I only had fried kobee and the msaren.

  2. This place is great.

Make sure to try their babaganoush. It’s so smokey and flavorful. I don’t normally care much for the stuff, but the recipe they have at Kobee Factory is delicious.

This place is an absolute gem. I’m there once or twice a week. The ladies behind the counter are so incredibly sweet and the owner has the great “tough but kind” grandma vibe.

What is the dish in the last photo called?

My take on this place: the falafel is THE BEST I’ve had in the US. And I’ve had it across the Middle East and all over the US.

The Kobee is very good. I sometimes get it but not always.

The hummus isn’t homemade and tastes not homemade.

I found the shawarma to be dry and not very flavorful.

Haven’t tried the stuffed zucchini but it looks good!

So my recommendation is to go for the falafel, and maybe some Kobee.
