This is a great Christmas Eve appetizer to serve at your seven fishes dinner. This Italian Style bake clam recipe is easy to prepare and the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients:
• 18 Cherrystone Clams
• 12 oz of Panko breadcrumb
• 1 cup of olive oil
• 12 cloves of garlic
• 4 TBSP of Parmesan cheese
• ¼ cup of White Wine
• 2 cups of chopped clams
• ½ tsp. of salt
• ¼ tsp. black pepper

Baked Stuffed Clams were so popular when I was a kid back in the early 70's growing up in Hoboken N.J. … we could always find big aluminum foil sheet pans full of them ready to bake at the big Shoprite supermarket in Jersey City . Next to Steamers with melted butter and garlic ….Baked Stuffed Clams is my second favorite way to eat clams .. truly delicious and thanks for bringing back great recipes from a better time
