Personally they caused really bad cramps and bricked my stomach for half the day. It honestly takes like regular chicken noodle soup BUT it definitely is spicy. I figured it would be that level that most big brands have something that says it has a super hot but this one actually made me struggle to eat it. That being said I think it may just be capsaicin extract and not real ghost pepper.
Imo not even worth trying just because it caused me so much unnecessary pain afterwards.

I really like the progresso ones. Never tried the Campbell’s. Good heat, especially the jambalaya.
