It’s difficult to get a proper cut of ribs for Kalbi in Central Europe
But hopefully this will do just fine. Any useful tips?

You are not alone. Even in the US, such cut is not available in normal grocery stores. You really have to find a korean/asian ones. Good luck with the marination and please share the result!
