8/10 The flavors in this dish were really good and overall we really enjoyed the meal! I gave it an 8 because I thought being a cuban dish this should have a much more powerful flavor profile than it did. I made the recipe as instructed and I actually had 3 full servings instead of 2 which was nice. We would make this again and it was pretty easy to cook 🙂
