I cut the chicken breast to size, and slice thin pieces. I marinade in a plastic ziplock with lemon juice, water, & oil, with seasonings mixed in. I then fridge or freeze these for later. They thaw fast because they aren’t too thick. Before cooking, I tenderize by stabbing a bunch with a fork. I use a double-sided electric grill (Cuisinart brand, but just like a George Foreman). These cook in like 2 minutes tops. I’ve checked after 2 minutes with a meat thermometer, and I get 180F all over. Put on a bun with lettuce, tomatoe, mayo, & mustard.
The fries I cut up, soak in water for 15+ minutes. Dry in a paper towel. Then fry at 325F for 5 minutes. Remove from oil for 5 minutes. Then fry again at 375F until done (usually 2 to 4 minutes). Salt immediately & then serve.
