  2. I got a little choked up on this one. My son went through 3 & 1/2 years of leukemia. He made it through and at first those treatments made him hungry all the time. I wish I’d known about your channel then, cause he would have loved all these recipes!

  3. Mr Rollins, another good marinade is Italian dressing and some sugar! Let it sit overnight and boy howdy is it good. Great for squirrel too! Take care now

  7. What make it even better is? Grill them with onion peels on the coals, MAKE IT SMOKE THE ONIONS It fill the air make you hungry and make the MEAT SWEET TENDER AND JUICY with the sweet taste of ONION SMOKE

  8. I love grill smoke chicken YUMMY I ran out of Mesquite wood 😥 So i'am using oak, pecan, and Peach wood 😁😁😋😋 I really don't care for the bitter taste of HICKORY > MY #1 Grilling wood is? Mesquite! i dearly love the taste. #2 is Oak > You must be care using Oak. Can over smoke things with Oak! Make it bitter and harsh tasting > Pecan burns hot and not much flavor

  12. Man, I just love ya brother. Another "Master Class" with Kent Rollins. Gonna need to replenish my seasonings soon! Time for some more of that Cowboy Chutney we have been missing for a couple weeks. That is like my medicine. When in doubt, grab a spoonful ( or 6) of that chutney and you are good to go.! Keep them coming my friend. Funny….white ball of cotton those little ones are….

  13. If the breasts are too big you "butterfly" them. Then they will take up a marinade quicker and cook faster.

I love him and I love his videos the only problem with this video is I still don't know how to make the marinades he went through them so quick and didn't give us the ingredients or the actual ingredients or the amounts that it's just like watching a magic show with only The Magician know the trick to make it all work.. but I still love him❤❤❤
