Ingredients you’ll need:
3 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes

Flavor Liquid:
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons (130g) Unsalted butter
1/3 cup (78ml) heavy cream
1 cup (300ml) whole milk
4 cloves garlic, crushed lightly left in pods

Aromatic Ideas:
Bay leaf
Thyme
Oregano
Chile Flakes
Sage
Chives
Parlsey

  1. No one does the ancient Chinese secret put the potatoes back into to pan without water on low to draw more moisture out

  2. You can see the little lumps in the mash. Don’t think I’m goi g with this method.
