Hi guys! Today is Food Revolution Day, and I came up with a brilliant seafood risotto with fresh mussels, juicy cuttlefish and amazing poached haddock! Cooking risotto may sound difficult but if you give it some time and love it is really simple to make! Enjoy.

  1. Rice is always lovely, although I am not a big fan of juicy rice, I prefer mine rather dry, but then it wouldn't be a risotto…It is always great to see how you present great fish recipes…so great.Congratulations, Bart!Best regards and have a nice WE.

  2. Bart! Lovely risotto. Have you shown a recipe for fish stock yet? Thank you for this delicious recipe. Blessings ChefMike

  3. Excellent restaurant quality looking dish to try at home, not tried risotto or cuttlefish, so yet again you have introduced me to a food experience. Thank You Bart.

  4. Hey bart! Delicious meal that I'll definitely be trying over the weekend! I've got an idea for you, and it's a big'n! You preach sourcing sustainable seafood, and for all the right reasons. But, I have a sneaky suspicion that a lot of us don't truly understand the implication of "unsustainable" seafood (I know it's bad, and my imagination gives me ideas, but honestly, I'm clueless). You've done clips on sustainable methods of fishing, even on wild topics like photography, but you haven't been able to really demonstrate what it means if we throw sustainability into the wind, and the effects it has on everything from the ecosystem to what's on our plates. Any chance you'd be up for the challenge? I know a lot of us would appreciate it!

  5. I like my risotto a bit thicker, and it's typically thicker isn't it? Is it not as thick since it's a seafood risotto? Just wondering, looks delicious either way

  6. Hey Bart could you teach us how to preserve tuna in oil ? I really want to learn in . Thanks :)!

  7. Just watched your video …LOvely thank you 🙂 …How much rice did you put and how long does it take for the mussels and the Scallops to cook ? Thank you
