  1. Turkish food surpasses greek food by a thousand mile.
I am NOT Turkish. But ALLLLLLLL people say TURKISH cuisine surpasses even french and italian.
I went to Turkey, france, italy and visited most of Europe.
Turkish food without a shadow of doubt tops the list …

  2. I made this today and it turned out excellent with your pita bread wraps recipe πŸ‘

  3. Made it! And will continue to make this. So much better than store bought.

  4. So far this is your closest approach to a Greek recipe. You did very well, just usually not oregano…only some "weird people" do it in Greece and for sure no pepper. Well done for the rest though.

  5. Made it and it tasted amazing! Tasted exactly like the one you get from Greek restaurants!

  6. Hi there I must try your recipes, you make it look easy.
There is also "Astro Balkan style yogurt" here in Montreal supermarkets, really good also.
    Great recipes, thank you.

  8. So I'm going to make your Chicken Souvlakis this weekend. I have seen most recipes have lemon juice in the tzatziki sauce. Is there a reason you don't include it in yours and if I use lemon juice with the vinegar, will it mess up the taste? Thanks
