Simple deviled eggs

    Deviled Eggs:
    – One dozen of eggs (12 eggs)
    – 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper
    – 1 tablespoon of Curry
    – 2 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise

    Method:
    1. Bring a pot of water to boil, and add all 12 eggs into the pot to boil for 12 minutes.
    2. Cool down, shell cut all eggs in half and remove the yolk centres into a bowl.
    3. Add all the salt, pepper, curry and mayonnaise onto the yolks and begin to smash them all together into a paste.
    4. Add a teaspoon of the curry into the yolk holes the best you can and refrigerate for a couple of hours to set.
