Simple quick recipe for an Olive Garden style Alfrado Sauce Recipe. You can make this in probably 15 minutes if you’re quick! It could be made almost as quick as the pasta can cook! Now that’s easy. Another cooking with Steve in the continuing series of recipes.

2 Cups Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup butter
2 Cloves Garlic minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan

  1. hahahahahaha hilarious, I didn't realize this was Steve from the stealth camping videos. I'm watching the video thinking this sounds a lot like Steve!! Steve, you are a conduit for cosmic consciousness whether you like it or not!! hahahahahahah

  2. Thanks! It was super simple to follow however I added more seasoning. I used: Onion Powder, Chili, Paprika, and Cayenne Pepper. Just wing it, you can never add too much if you put it in your hand first.

  3. You'll get more flavor out of that garlic if you cook it in the butter awhile before adding the cream. Not long. Just until you really smell the garlic. By adding the cream before the garlic; the garlic doesn't get a chance to release all it's fragrance.

  4. Im actually irritated how easy this recipe is to make 😅 1-1 copy of olive gardens. Super good!!

  5. Omg! I perfected a easier simpler shorter version for the microwave that even a OG chef would not believe!

  6. I think it's wild that I know you for your camping videos, but here I am Googling how to make an alfredo sauce with you. Had no idea you used to cook haha.

  7. Ummmmm I JUST put this together tonight! I was so over the store bought kind it wasn’t “giving” lol but this taste sooooo good! Omg thank you! Straight to the point and easy 🥹🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾💓

  8. If you want to use the shredded Parmesan cheese :
First melt 1 stick of butter med – low heat
Sautée in a tablespoon spoon of minced garlic
Then add the heavy whipping cream and stir slowly
And then add slowly the cup of shredded Parmesan cheese a little at a time while continuously stirring until it’s all melted.
    Toss with your pasta
Add your salt and cracked pepper
A little bit of chopped fresh parsley on top makes it’s polished

  9. I’m making a quarter recipe and need somewhere to write this shit down
    Half cup of cream
    Quarter stick of butter.
    Small clove of garlic.
    8th cup of Parmisian
    Salt and pepper

  10. 16 year old here looking to better my nonexistent cooking skills. Thank you bro, I actually have been feeling down after messing the sauce up.

  11. I hate when people use fancy cooking terms like cloves and expect everyone to know how much a clove is.

  12. I know it was 11 years ago but Steve's hair in this video is hilarious. Looks like the Canadian Edgar lol. Love you Steve can't wait for the next stealth video
