  5. Made this dish for dinner Saturday night. Had to make some substitutes. Omitted shrimp because of a recent gout attack. Used mixed greens instead of arugula and substituted jicama for the fennel. I greatly dislike licorice. I used squid rings and tentacles. It was delicious. Thanks Laura. Think I'll try an octopus dish next. Yum

  6. Laura can you do a traditional seafood salad? Like one with shrimp, calamari, scallops, celery, parsely etc, boiled and the dressed with lemon.

  7. Great recipe Laura 🙂 This is perfect for seafood Fridays during Lent. I made this salad last Friday and it's so delicious. I can't wait to make it this week too. The herbs and lemon juice marinade for the shrimp and calamari is one of my favourites. Us Italians really do love citrus with our seafood. Blood oranges and lemons are perfection 🍋🍋🍋
