For reference, Toronto Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants mean one can have a two-course meal for under CAD$60… ***supposedly***
I’ve dined at Tiflisi. It’s good eats. Would recommend. Nice family restaurant. It’s Georgian food. Nice vibe, well decorated, not too fancy but not shabby by any means either.
White Lily Diner is fantastic
Love white lily, their hot turkey sandwich is amazing and so are their biscuits and gravy
All the Bib Gourmand places are better IMO. Not because of the price but in general they are a little less stuffy. Looking at you Alo…
TIFLISI SUPREMACYYY
I ate at Tiflisi last year and wasn’t impressed. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t anything worth remembering, and I don’t think it was worth what I paid.
(I also take issue with Tiflisi’s own website falsely claiming that they’re located in “downtown Toronto”.)
White Lily Diner is amazing and heard great things about BB’s
Where does it say officially that these have received a Bib Gourmand? I don’t see any such [indication on the Michelin Guide website](https://guide.michelin.com/ca/en/ontario/toronto/restaurants/bib-gourmand).
BB’s is fantastic and deserving of all the praise – I think about their calamansi pie almost daily.
Live right across white lily diner, best brunch/lunch meals hands down in the city. BBs is alright, I think Isla’s is better.
I loved Sunny’s. Go with a big group and get a million plates to share. So good.
Don’t eat at Sunny’s if you are Chinese. You’ll be offended
Fuck I’ve been putting off trying Sunny’s for like 4 months, and now it’s going to be impossible.
