How are you liking your Silvia? How long is the warm-up time?

Good luck with the temp surfing. Have you looked into managing temperature on that machine yet?

Great setup! I loved my Silvia. For temp surfing, I found great consistency in running water through the group until no more steam came out, usually ~5 seconds. Then I’d pull my espresso shot. Found consistency and awesome flavors doing that. Enjoy for the years to come!
