Great recipe, love the Artichokes. I don't think your Mom appreciated your added essence in the beginning Angelo. Delicious Lemon in the pilaf thanks.
so handy she puts out the ingredients out first with measurements..few do..and what type of pan does she use ? one of those copper things advertised on TV>?often see her using square pan to cook stovetop then shoves it right in the oven to cook…please identify…Lady can cook!
