  3. My version of this dish is to place pieces of feta and kaseri cheeses in a small casserole. Then add lemon juice olive oil pepper and oregano. Melt it all in a preheated 350 oven. When it's all gooey, serve with crispy French bread.

  4. Hello, whats a good place to buy orig greek feta cheese from? I am thinking maybe i should hunt down some sheepsmilk and make it myself? For the hot pepper flakes would Aleppo Pepper or Pul Biber work?
