So I made some fish cake soup for the first time using the recipe from Future Neighbor on YouTube. I think it came out great but I have a lot left over.

I am wondering if I should store the fish cake skewers separate from the broth? They are already a little more soggy than usual (think I let them soak in water since they were frozen too long).

  1. I’ve never made this before but just based on looking at it I would store the soup and the fish cakes separately

    If you want to leave them on the sticks, look for tall jars. My family would use empty kimchi jars and store soups and these skewers upright in them.
