  4. In greece we also put 1 egg, breadcrumbs and olive oil. And then we fry them in a pot with olive oil (a lot) or we put them in the oven.
    But the breadcrumbs and the egg make the difference! Try it!💓

  8. There maybe a lot of variations to suit anyone's taste but the traditional Greek Meatballs mixture is as above but also add 1 egg, bit of oil, and a bit of wet bread. This will make the meatballs softer when eating. No dill is used in this dish. Frying after coating them with flour. From the herbs the prominent aroma should be mint, so use more than the other herbs.
