    I'm a stay at home Dad that does the cooking. Would it be worthwhile for others to do a video on highly recommended cooking tools.. Knives, pans, skillets, etc., etc.???

  4. I use a bottle of Fat tire and fresh fine chopped garlic for the brats and let It simmer for 20 mins. I also throw in green bell pepper and mushroom to the veggies

  5. I am thinking get these in the stadium, this is the real deal. Who doesn't like a good Bratwurst sausage. Not only did you do the right thing, by the volume and beer, they need to beer and turned that into an incredible cheddar cheese sauce. Sauerkraut, barbecued Bratwurst, and the cheese sauce…. wow winning combination.

  9. Different way to cook sauerkraut, I must say. Not bad, just different. Will try it as a sandwich garnish! Thanks for the idea.

  10. Made the kraut and cheese tonight. Crazy good. I would recommend a solid slice of butter for the kraut to start with the onions then another large slice after slight reduction. That and the bay leaf made it epically good. For the cheese, add quadruple the cayenne.
