I mean, it’s from a government website but I’ve only followed recipes from Bernardin before because I know they’re tested. I want to make pickles the way my grandmother did and these are basically it. I can’t find any other recipe that’s going to give me what I’m looking for. https://www.tourismpei.com/recipes/pour-it-and-preserve-it/mustard-pickles?gad=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw9rSoBhCiARIsAFOipllDI2XeAC8SjV3srUGKyO3_KsUS4N6DrHEHWZoO0FwqGPlFpSVOS5kaAk6tEALw_wcB

They say ”process jars” but they don’t say for how long. I don’t think it’s safe.
This is the closest safe recipe

The recipe is from the 70’s! “Recipe source: PEI Women’s Institute cookbook, 1970s”
I’m surprised this is on a government website
There is also mustard beans, which was my family’s variation. https://www.healthycanning.com/mustard-bean
