oil
1 stick butter
5 lb chicken
salt to taste
1/2 tbs black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp adobo
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
4 sprigs cilantro
2 sprigs rosemary
2 sprigs thyme
5 sprigs parsley
potatoes
carrots

Preheat the oven to 350F
Chop the herbs (parsley, cilantro, thyme, and rosemary) and set them aside.
Melt the butter and add a drizzle of oil.
Add the herbs and spices ( salt, black pepper, adobo, cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, paprika, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, to the butter and combine.
Add a splash of fresh lemon juice and incorporate.
Add the chicken to a cast-iron skillet or roasting pan, and season the chicken.
Chop the carrots, potatoes, and season with cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, adobo, oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, parsley
Add the potatoes and carrots to the cast iron skillet or roasting pan.
Bake for about 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and reaches an internal temp of 165F.
