I shoot for 2k per day on a cut right now, but only 1500 is planned, with the remaining 500 saved for going out with friends. The 1500 alone can serve as plenty though, here’s an extreme high protein way to break up the day, tons of fiber as well. Individual macros:
Meal 1: (apple, yog, bar): 325 Cals, 32g protein
Meal 2: 485 Cals, 58g Protein
Meal 3: 441 Cals, 41g Protein
Meal 4: 254 Cals, 37g Protein
