  5. Aki, i have a dilemma. I buy white wine, but it ends up going to waste because i don't use it too much in cooking and i don't drink it either (the dry kind, i like sweet wine) :)..how long can wine stay in the refrigerator before it starts to go bad? can i use sweet wine instead (like a desert wine)? Thank you so much for your beautiful dishes!!

  7. Exceptional recipe! I put in some bacon and few extra herbs like Basil and Parsley and it tasted amazing, I also finished my dish off my grating Parma cheese on top

  8. If I can't do muscles due to allergies, would you add less liquid to just make the rice? I want to eat the lemon rice as a side dish?

  9. looks absolutely delicious. I love the simplicity of these recipes. it is very similar to your spanakorizo with the exception of the bay leaves and sugar. can't wait to try this!
