It must be 375 degrees centigrade that is meant. I would definitely miss out the oats. Zest of lime makes for a better flavour than zest of lemon. But make sure which ever used in the recipe is unwaxed lime or lemon. Cooking apples rather than dessert apples make better apple crumble. Dark brown Muscovado sugar and ordinary white sugar is my choice but in reduced quantities and no alcohol. There is no alcohol in my house. People say " enjoy " , but you can only enjoy if the result is enjoyable, which I am sure it is with this recipe on the video.
