Chicken Breasts 480g
Salt as to taste
Black pepper ½tsp
Soy Sauce 1tsp
Red chilli flakes ½tsp
Sesame Oil 1tsp

Carrots 1med size (sliced)
Red bell pepper ½ ( cut into 1inch pieces)
Green Bell Pepper ½ (cut into 1inch pieces)
Onion 1 med size
Garlic cloves 2 (minced)

For sauce mixture 👉

Tomato ketchup 2tsp
Sweet chilli sauce 1½tsp
Dark Soy Sauce 1tsp
Oyester Sauce 1tsp
Cold water 6tsp
Cornstarch 1tsp

Vegetable Oil 3tsp

  3. I just went and got all the ingredients minus the chicken because I was trying to figure out what to do with some chicken breasts that I already had

  4. I. Heat oil in pan till smoky
    II. Slice, roll and strip chicken breast and add salt, pepper and Chilli flakes then add to pan – 5 min
    III. Strip onion, red and green pepper, carrots and to pan for 2min
    IV. Add sauce: steakhouse or sugar, tomato sauce, sweet chilli
