This recipe actually made a lot of food.
It was average in taste. The authentic picadillo de papa I get from a local joint is way more flavorful while this reminded me of like… a hamburger helper version.
This would have been 10x better with frying and crisping up the potatoes after boiling them instead of just directly adding them to the meat.
Completely random but I wish I knew where HF sourced their flour tortillas from. All flour tortillas do not taste alike and I actually like theirs a lot.
