I live kind of far from this place but really like this dish. Would like to try at home. Does someone have a comparable recipe to link or list?

Sorry I can’t help because this does not ring a bell in terms of being a traditional Italian recipe.

definetly not Italian… but the closest thing could be “pasta alla norma” maybe

That fresh feta topping is a total disaster. I thought it was Parmesan from the preview (yeah that’s the amount I usually like on my pasta, don’t hate), but it’s not. You don’t add feta to your pasta like that.
Cream otherwise looked fine at least.

As someone mentioned it seems like a pasta alla Norma variation. Sautée the veggies, deglaze with white wine, add tomato purée and cream. Finish with feta or ricotta.

It would have been fine without the alfredo sauce. It doesn’t exist in Italy. And feta is greek, we put it in salad in Italy, not pasta.
