I have a bunch of fresh Tabasco peppers, grown from seed packets. Most of the recipes online are for sauces and condiments. Anybody have other recipes or uses they could share?

Tabasco seasoned salt: Dehydrate a cup of peppers and then grind them into a powder. Add 3 tablespoons of your preferred salt (course, fine, sea, Himalayan…etc) and 1 tablespoon of granulated garlic or garlic powder along with atablespoon of onion powder. Then add your powdered peppers to taste.
Tabasco Vinager: I add as many as will fit in my glass bottle and pour in boiling vinegar with salt added. Then use as a seasoned spicy vinegar for salads, sandwiches, and whatever else you want add a zing to.
