Just picked some of my first ghost peppers and had to make a refreshing salsa.

1 Large Mango diced
1/2 red onion diced
1/2 jicama diced (I like the texture it gives)
2 Roma tomatoes diced deseeded
3 scorpion peppers deseeded and finely diced
1/2 cup cilantro
1 lime
Splash of EVOO
~2 Tbsp agave or to taste
~2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
Sea salt to taste

I use our “slap chopper” get to the pepper pieces small enough and love how you get more surface area covered once it’s all mixed up. With the three peppers you can say it’s quite warm but also addicting 🤤🙌🏽
