  1. Okay. You lost me on the Calamari. Shrimp yes. Prawns yes. Calamari no thanks. How about subbing spinach for calimari ?

  2. Thank you Lida…. Your recipes are wonderful and simple and tasty… tried a few and were amazing

  3. Heres my problem with the dish it's not seasoned enough for me, the pasta should be cooked a tab bit longer the seafood in particular needs seasoning. It's a great dish looks great beautiful ingredients I actually do the same but no calamari for my husband and I.. cheese is mandatory or some sort of sauce need to be added and then TOSSED and taste all in all great job 👍

  4. I am happy that I found you in YouTube. I one of your multiple followers. In the country that I am now your recepies are excellent. They are easy and so tasty ! Thanks 👍

  5. I was wondering what you did with the shrimp shells? I think when I make this I'm going to put the shells in a small pot with some pasta water over some heat for about 5 minutes. Then pour that water into the skillet. It should increase the shrimp flavor along with the pasta water.

  6. Nobody in my city of Termoli would ever cook 'Spaghetti allo scoglio' or 'Frutti di mare' like this. If you cook it like this lady, calamari will be stern as rubber but the shrimps will be undercooked. Shrimp takes longer to cook. It should go in first. She adds pasta right after putting raw shrimp.(3:12) It will give a bad smell to pasta. Besides, you need wine to deglaze the pan. Who cooks seafood spaghetti without wine? Terrible cooking. Sorry, but I don't think she has ever had a meal in Termoli.
