  1. Sendy: "I think some of you need to grow up and start eating Bulgar wheat"
    Me: I definitely agree πŸ˜‚ it's delicious πŸ₯°

  2. Hahaha, you're crazu about the tomatoes… Little tip: they seem to be in fact "datterini" tomatoes (small dates in Italian, the name already tells it all ), not cherry tomatoes, and they are indeed a sweeter type of tomatoes. That salad looks awesome, I am trying to discover what to do with bulgur, thanks a lot!

  3. Great straightforward recipe.
I'd never heard the term "purple onion" before…always thought they were just red onions.

  4. Looks AMAZING! I've never prepared bulgar wheat. Can't wait to try this! It's so bright and beautiful 😁

  5. This is a masterpiece! Never seen or thought about eating it this way but this lookes like my substitute to couscous or quinoa cause I can't stomach these two. Just started cooking blΓ© and the fist time it came pretty good but maybe a bit too soaky to make a salad so I might have to work on measurement but definitely trying out!

  6. Hi love this recipe can you let me know is it one cup coconut oil or coconut milk as in the recipe down below it says coconut milk but im sure you said coconut oil . Also was it fine or coarse bulgar wheat you used many thanks.

  7. They served bulgar wheat in Jamaican schools as well when I was a child. I love it, but my sister hates it. I think everyone should give it another try even if they hated it as a child.
