Baked apple oats:
Blend 40g oats, 90g Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and half an apple, salt, and apple pie spice. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350. SautΓ©e the remaining apple with water and a little sugar free maple syrup for topping if you’d like. Bonus tip; blend coffee or chai tea in the remanents of your blender for a creamy latte 😻
