  1. That looks delicious! Your eggs were a perfect poached white too. Any chance to add extra flavor I tend to go for it so I get the Mexican Oregano. I try to mortar and pestle my dry herbs for extra punch and it works every time.

  2. The only corned beef I like is deli cut lunch meat. I would rather have a brisket from the butcher and cure it myself. I've never had that particular can of corned beef though. Thanks for the video. How come we don't get notified for yours or anyone's community post because every person I'm subscribed to don't know do you.

  3. I made the mistake of watching this video before eating breakfast. Looks like I'm off to Publix now! 🍳

  4. Great stuff. I've never had corned beef hash topped with runny yoke eggs, so this has me thinking 🤔🤤
One thing here before cooking is to cube the canned corned beef, then gently rinse it under running water to wash off the excess salt. Drain on to paper towel. 👍
Thanks pmkg for another great recipe. Cheers

  5. Yum one of my favorites but I use a left over piece of corned beef. Onions potatoes chop up the corned beef and eggs over top. 😋 great comfort food. Leftover honey spiral ham chopped up make a nice ham hash too.

  6. Intrigued by the potato brush. Do you, by any chance, have an Amazon link list of your favorite cooking tools? I looked at the website couldn't find it. Thx

  7. PHEWWWWWWWWW, Looking Good my Friend. Got some leftover Corned Beef that I Smoked yesterday, gonna chop that up and use your recipe for Sunday Church Breakfast. This is going to be Epic.
