  1. Dimitra my daughter loves you, she always tell me, " 'D' doesn't do it like that…" lol. She was excited that you commented to her a few weeks ago, she is 12 and a really good cook but not a willing cleaner. Here's a fun idea, you should do a post video cleaning to show good cooks have to clean too lol 😂. BTW my niece looks like a mini you, she's part Indian part Greek, and my daughter always reminds her of it lol. Great job, channel keep it up.

  2. Finding that cheese in my area may be an issue. Anyone in the Seattle area know where I can get some?

  3. I bought pre made chicken kabobs, can I use the the same juice from the potatoes to put in the chicken?

  4. This had to of been a greek way of doing it. That was a different way of doing the skewers from beginning to end. Very GOOD. FYI Note: the skewer of tomatoes. (LEGIT) Skewer possibilities. Mono skewers. And when you were talking about keeping the greens away from the meat, I was thinking of why not putting a version of a sofrito and olive oil sauce type of thing on the greens (before cooking) instead of separating them. But after you were done cooking, that was one FAST way to put the pita together.

  5. Omg! Your gorgeous. I came looking for Greek kebobs recipe and found a angel!! Lol. Thanks for recipe .
