Just came back from a weekend visiting home where I wasn’t eating HF so I haven’t posted in a few days but I’m back! Tonight I made the Shroom n Swiss Beef burgers and these were pretty tasty!! I’m not huge on mushrooms unless they’re seasoned and cooked well, and not to toot my own horn or anything but I think I did a pretty decent job with the mushrooms. I always enjoy the HF burgers so this was definitely a win for me 👍👍 ALSO – before anyone points it out, I made a very minor oops and put the sauce on the top bun instead of the bottom bun. Still tasted the same lol. But BTW, that yellow stuff coming out of the burger is sauce, not cheese. Lol.
