Hi, Canners! I made a sugar-free apple sauce that I want to be baby food in a few months. I tried canning it last night. It is kind of chunky. I just want to make sure that it is safe, most things I make have a bunch of liquid in them. Is this considered “dry canning?” One of them is only half full because it was the last of the batch.
If it is not safe, can I freeze it in the tiny jars?
Thanks.

The half full one is definitely not safe and should be in the fridge or freezer. The others may be safe if you used a tested recipe and followed the canning instructions exactly, but without knowing what you did, it is impossible to say if it is safe from a picture.
