    Only issue I had is when I was slicing them after I let them cool for 15 minutes they would break…maybe I baked a bit too long as you say ovens vary…will be making them again and again!! Thank you

  17. This is why grams is so very important measurement. One cup of all purpose flour is almost 100 grams. Not all flour is the same. She states 475 grams. Always follow the grams. Do the math. That’s why you had to add about another cup of flour. We all need a little kitchen scale to measure in grams. They are so inexpensive and so cute Really they would have come out with less flour. More like a cake. Thank you Demetra for adding grams to your videos! 😊
