  1. Thanks Leesa! Hope you ended up making them. They require a little effort but they are well worth it. Tzatziki dip goes well with them. You can view the Rustic Greek Cook recipe for Tzatziki on my channel

  2. Hi,
thanks for sharing your recipe. I'm going to try it today. I ate those fritters in Patmos. I think they use mint and basil instead of parsley and dill. So, since I can't easily find dill in my place, I'm going to use mint/basil. What do you think?
    Thanks a lot,
    Peppe

  3. Hi Peppe, sorry for really late reply. Mint and basil both sound like an excellent choice. I hope you managed to cook them

  4. Would parmesan be similar to the hard cheese you use? Also can you deep fry as opposed to pan fry?

  5. 40 some years ago; my friend's mom showed me how to make these. I loved them and made them one time on my own. Since then, I lost the recipe, forgot the name but still recalled most of the ingredients. Thanks for posting cuz this recipe pretty much nails it. I think I can finally end my search.
