Dessert Finger Food Ideas :

Ingredients :

Sautéed Dandelion :
6 cups of chopped dandelion
1/2 onion – chopped
2 garlic cloves – minced
water for boiling
salt and black pepper to taste
1 onion – sliced and fried
2 tbsp olive oil
juice of 1/2 a lemon

Muhammara :
1/2 cup of walnuts
1 roasted red bell pepper
3 garlic cloves – roasted
1 fresh garlic clove
1/2 an onion – roasted
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp chilli paste
salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 to 1/2 cup of bread crumbs

Fatteh:
1 cup of cooked chickpeas – reserve some of the cooking water
1 large pita bread – chopped and toasted
500 gram of yogurt
3 tbsp of tahini paste
2 tbsp olive oil
juice of half a lemon
fried nuts
parsley for garnish

Baba ghannouj:
1 roasted large eggplant
2 tbso of chopped onions
1/4 of each:
tomatoes – diced
red bell pepper- diced
green bell pepper – diced
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves – minced
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and black pepper to taste
