I bought your cookbook!… I was in Barnes and Noble on Christmas Eve, buying a last minute gift or two, including one for myself 😅. I was in the cookbook section for about an hour going through each one looking for one that would be helpful in figuring out how to eat healthier without it being overly complicated and unrealistic for my busy schedule. When your book fell into my hand I knew I had a clear winner! I loved the simple, straightforward text and images, nothing overly stylized. I never had heard of this YouTube channel before for some reason, but it’s easily a new favorite! Thanks for being you and building all of this!

I made this for Christmas as my grandkids love it. Well, everyone raved about how fresh & good it tasted. Never again will I buy a ready made plastic tray that has been sitting in the store for who knows how long. So simple & so good!
Awesome. Only thing I don't like is the ketchup recipe. I don't use ketchup or anything with sugar, or high fructose corn syrup.
