Got my some of Bunker Hill’s reaper cheddar to make this. Next best thing I’ve found around here after the tasty ghost pepper cheese I had locally. Packs some pretty good heat, if you haven’t tried it you should, also tasty.

    Yum, looks/sounds great. Are you a “dipper,” “dunker,” or “schmearer” of any sort? I like to dunk in tomato soup. My wife likes to schmear grape jelly on it before dunking into tomato soup.
