Tried to make Maurizio Leo’s pan de mie, and among other things didn’t realize that my pan was a large Pullman loaf and not the normal one, so, yeah……just gives me a chance to try again.

    It’ll make great breadsticks or great croutons. I don’t see it as a failure.

  2. I love it when people have the courage to post failures. They are so much more interesting than the Instagram karma loaves, where people humble brag about crumb.
