I’m no expert, but it might need to be more submerged into the water for the circulator to work properly.

Bent impeller shaft or broken impeller.

My Anova did something similar, I would twist my anova, sometimes making it face backwards, while it was in water until it stopped..One day I unscrewed my anova to look at the coils and then just retightened it and it stopped making that noise.

Twist off the metal sleeve and check everything it aligned inside. The impeller is likely out of line.

I get this occasionally. If I tighten the clamp too much it makes this noise because the Anova become a little more angled making the impeller hit the inside of the metal sleeve.
