Q: “How can we get away with the smallest portions possible?”

I have been to a lot of Italian restaurants – both in the US and in Italy, (my former partner of 15 years was Sicilian) and this is the smallest pasta portion i have ever seen. It should be an embarrassment to the establishment that they try to pass this off.
