Rice pudding – Egyptian way
Ingredients:

2 cups of water
4 cups milk
2 cups of sugar (or more per your taste)
1.5 cup heavy whipped cream
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tsp coconut
2 teaspoons vanilla or 2 packets of vanilla powder
2 tablespoons corn starch
