To Aimen: I am impressed with this video. It was very enjoyable and efficient in its production and length. This shows that there is no need to overuse and overwhelm the audience with "impressive and unnecessary spicing,* when the majority of the time, other YouTube videos, are just a veneer being put forth to create an air of technicality into the culinary platform. Many of the viewers, probably, will try to replicate and use all of the spices and be disappointed, realizing that each one's taste buds are different.

I bought a pound of cooked shrimp from giant yesterday. It was not marked farm raised. I stupidly thought it was therefore sea shrimp. It was tasteless and half raw. If you are cooking with shrimp please make sure not to assume the same. Farm raised? No good no taste. Same with salmon.
