  1. Greek fish soup does not use tomatoes, and you're just talking out your rear saying it was made on a boat or with seawater. Do you know how salty Aegean sea water is? Impossible. It's not even palatable if you boil it additionally, even if you use 1/3 sea water it's incredibly salty. Cmon now

  2. who tf is your audio engineer? halfway through the video the audio switches sides and your voice is barely audible on the left. im deaf on my right and listen to youtube with headphones so this was rather annoying….

  3. I don't know why Jamie Oliver said it's better to avoid oily fish because I've had the best fish soup made of sardine which is an oily fish.
I've become a regular customer of that restaurant because of the heart-warming soup.

  4. Oliver this is not kakavia! This is not a Greek recipe Greece. Give an other name for this plate! I am not a professional chef but if you come in my kitchen you can taste the best kakavia that you ever eat!

  6. Basically the same as "Caldeirada" but without red peppers like we have in Portugal, and more of a soup than a stew thanks to the extra broth/stock
