These were better than I thought they’d be! A great fusion between meatloaf and Asian dishes 🙂 Rice was great as well, I made it in my rice cooker instead of in a pan like HF calls for. I always cook rice in my rice cooker and it comes out perfect every time. Previously when I made it on the stove, it came out undercooked.
